The purpose of this document is to outline the Terms of Reference (ToR) for the development and implementation of an online training program focused on the Laboratory Results Printing Platform. This training program is intended for laboratory managers, technicians, administrative staff, and other relevant stakeholders who will be using the platform to manage, generate, print, and distribute laboratory results efficiently and accurately.

The purpose of this document is to outline the Terms of Reference (ToR) for the development and implementation of an online training program focused on Enhancing Patient Reception. This training program is intended for all health personel and auxilary staff, as well as other relevant stakeholders who work in the hospital or health facility milieu and have contact with patients and hospital users.
